As part
of his becoming a certified
cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Bashioum received his Wisconsin licensure. Wisconsin State Licensure requires a doctorate degree in medicine, satisfactory completion of one year of residency training, and certification by the National Board of Medical Examiners. Application is made through the Wisconsin State Medical Board.
